Chandler's good friend, Euta Lightsy, that we love so much- Is a Luau dancer in Waikiki. Euta and Chan served their missions together in NY. Euta is from here and is an entertainer. He got us in to the Hale Koa Luau for dinner ans his show. It was alot of fun to see him perform. This was the first time Chan has seen him from the mission.
Cute Meagan watching the show The dancers Meag eatin her Luau food Hanging out waiting for the show to start The MC made the married couples get up and dance to a song he sang- It was actually really sweet! I loved it! This guy was funny- and very entertaining with his voice of many great artist! Here he was singing "Nothings Going to Change My Love For You" Elder Lightsy found Meagan in the crowd and made her go up on stage and he taught her how to shake her bum bum And here is the finished product of Meagan Dancing!! We Went to Church...Meagan got to come into Primary with us. It was so fun and FUNNY. We are practicing for our Primary Program and so it was cute to watch the kids sing and give their part in the program.
This is the reflecting pool at our church. The tabernacle that we meet in is so pretty!
Saturday night we went to the Polynesian Culture Center and stood in line for about 3 hours because there was over 50,000 people in line for the HAUNTED LAGOON. There was so much Hype and talk about the Halloween Haunted Lagoon so we wanted to check it out. It probably wasn't the best idea to go on a Saturday night because the WHOLE island of Oahu was there. That night we went was the most populated night in all of history of doing the Haunted Lagoon, I could not believe how many people were there. (we ended up seeing practically our whole ward there so we hung with them) So what it is... is the PCC puts on a scary canoe boat ride through the river of the Polynesian culture park. You ride on these big canoe boats for about 20 minutes. It was pretty scary and alot of fun. They had people IN THE WATER that would hit the canoe, climb on the boat, grab us, get us wet, etc. It was very well done. They don't let you take pictures so this is the closest I could get. (Again, we were on the boat with all the Young Women in our ward, Mine and Chans arms got ripped off by the girls pulling on them and our hearing is gone from them screaming!) Thats what made it fun for us though!
Simply Gorgeous! We watched the surfers for a minute! It was fun to hang out with Meagan every chance I Could. Chan had to be to class and Bball practice most of the time. I took the week of work to show her around...Later after turtle bay Chan met up with us!
After dinner we went in Sephora to check out some make-up ... and it turned into this.... Meagan and I didn't want to ruin out make-up to test out the colors...Shane was generous enough to be the Guinea pig! Here I am airbrushing his face! A lil glitter eye liner "Come On Now! Look Up for me!" Okayyyyy... Last but not least Lip Gloss I know I am so immature but it really was hilarious to do this... We were all giggling about ti! Chan HAD TO HOLD MY hand the rest of the night! He didn't want anyone walking around the mall to think other wise about these to pretty boiz ;)
